Hi guys,

after a software pack (8.6.1) update to our UC520 we have a new webinterface. In the old webinterface (software pack 7.0.0) all users can login to the webinterface and can configure her phones. For an example the speed dial menu.

I the new webinterface I can not found configuration opportunitys for the phones? Can everybody help me?

Thank you!

you can get to the interface

10.1.10.1\ccme.html

there is also a tick box somewhere in cca that says allow users web access to phones.

no, because you shouldnt really be going to this backend anymore.

but, my error above was that i said, 10.1.10.1 when it should be 10.1.1.1\ccme.html

so unless you want to create your own redirect.

You don't need web interface to configure speed-dials. That can be done from the phone services menu.

Hi,

I know, but the users would like her phones with the webinterface. Is it no longer possible?

It is, has not changed.

Hello Paolo,

I can only see this menu in the webinterface:

Configure -> Users, Groups

Voicemail -> Mailboxes ...

you can get to the interface

10.1.10.1\ccme.html

there is also a tick box somewhere in cca that says allow users web access to phones.

Hi,

thank you! I was on the wrong interface. -> /admin/Common/HomePage.do

/ccme.html works!

Thank you!

Hi,

can I change the default redirect? I connect with my browser to:

http://uc520.test.lan/

and I redirect to http://uc520.test.lan/admin

and I get and error 404 not found.

When I connect direct to http://uc520.test.lan/ccme.html works correct and I can login to the ccme.

no, because you shouldnt really be going to this backend anymore.

but, my error above was that i said, 10.1.10.1 when it should be 10.1.1.1\ccme.html

so unless you want to create your own redirect.
