Hi Guys,

Are the software packs still located @ https://communities.cisco.com/docs/DOC-1437 ?

I am having the following error when accessing these packs

" Please login to access this site (top right of this screen).  If your  login is unsuccessful, your Cisco.com login does not have the authority  level to access this site."

Thanks

Hi There,

I was just about ready to post the link to the software pack site to only discover I am locked out as well, it says my Login is not authorised to access it

Not sure what is going on here, either access to this section has been removed on my CCO or there is a problem at Cisco at the moment.

Cheers,

David.

thats the old link, which for some reason Google cannot resolve.

I would use the new one:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9827

In addition to Steve response here is the correct link to the one that you are referring to: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9829

Thanks. Any ideas when the new UC520 pack will be out? I remember the timeline being March...

Here is the link to the Software Pack roadmap:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9827

Looks like the next Software Pack is scheduled for July...

Just remember that these dates are tentative, and subject to change..

Thank you,

Darren

Cheers guys
