UC520 upgrade from version 7.0.3 to 8.2

Hello All

I am planning to upgrade an UC520 version 7.0.3 to version 8.2

Is there any known issue regarding this upgrade?

Do I need to first upgrade to an older version like 8.0 and then upgrade to 8.2? or I can go directly from 7.0.3 to 8.2?

I just did this update on a 520 yesterday from 7.0.3 to 8.2.  Did the update through CCA, the CME part updated great but the install and restore of data on the CUE side failed.  I had to reinstall CUE from scratch through the bootloader and do a manual restore of the CUE data from the extracted files from the JAR backup that CCA created.  Not a good experiance, but not horrible.  Not sure if I just had a bad install of CUE just out of nowhere or if it is an issue with using CCA to do the upgrade.  I would probably call TAC and open a case and have them do it remotely if all possible as long as you have Service Contract on the unit.
