UC520 Upgrade Process

Hi All, a few days ago I posted about having call quality issues with one way audio problems with a UC520. The circuit is clean and checked multiple times and im almost think that maybe I should do a code upgrade.

I'm used to upgrading IOS on routers and switches, and I've read a couple of post reccomending upgrade through the Cisco Configuration assistant.

Does anyone have instructions on doing this process.
