Hello All,
Has anyone upgraded UC500 with the latest software pack 8.6?
I started the upgrade process using CCA 3.2.1 and all seemed to be going well but now it appears to have stalled on RELOADING VOICEMAIL section for the past 5 hours. In all the upgrade has now been running for over 13 hours!!!

yeah thats not right.
my upgrade went flawlessly... all via CCA3.2.1. took just over an hour (1:05 to be precise).
I assume you have a backup of the system saved.
try and reset the UC box to defaults and run the upgrade again...then restore

Yeah my upgrade did go pear shaped on the UC520 as well, I did not have the same issue that you had, however I did factory reset the unit then performed the upgrade. All went well after that.
Like Jeremy mentioned, do a full backup, you should be able to restore easily depending on how complex your setup is.
