UC520 VMail Recorded Name Issue

Hi Guys,

I have reset my UC520 back up from scratch as I had SIP issues and thought it was related to the UC520 where as it was not.

However I am trying to setup the vmail boxes again and as I go through the intial setup and when it asks me to record my name it cuts it off...

Out of my trying to record Brian Russell all I hear is Brian....

What do I need to change to record my full name?

Thanks

brian

In my experience, you just have to wait longer before terminating the recording.

Hi Brian, try pausing after saying Russell for a second or two and

then type pound. I have seen this too in CUE 7.1.3 and that's how I

get around it. I do not see it in the new CUE under test now. SWP

8.0.3 will have CUE 8.0.2.
