UC540 Analogue Trunk Caller Display

I have a UC540 with 2 x Analogue trunks, caller display is enabled on the trunks and caller id is displayed on the outgoing callers although all inbound calls are displaying as Anonymous.

Is there anything system related tht could affect this?

Check first that caller-id works using a regular phone.

If it does, different settings maybe needed under voice-port.

Hi Mike,

I had a similar proper during an install a week ago. I had to add "ring number 3" to the voice-ports (FXOs), so basically the UC lets it ring 3 times before the call is picked up - otherwise it was just failing to see the caller-id. Give it a go!
