I have a UC 540 at the office, at my house I have an SR520 connected via VPN Remote.
Telephonees behind the SR works fine, and I can ping the UC540 from my house.
the problem is from the office to my house, I'm unable to ping. Any ideas which device is blocking who?
is the UC not allowing traffic or the SR Blocking traffic? Split tunnel is enabled onthe UC Firewall rules with the SR520 IP Segment.
Please advise.

Hello,
What are you trying to ping from the office, a host on the network or the SR itself? How do you have the VPN configured between the UC and SR?
Thanks,

I got a hold of CISCO Support and this is what worked.
en
conf t
crypto ipsec client ezvpn EZVPN_REMOTE_CONNECTION_1
no mode client
mode network-extension
