UC540 Auto Attendant Assistance

Hi,

I have deployed an auto attendant with numerous options. However, the client would like to force people to have to listen to the entire recording before they are allowed to press an option. Is this possible?

i think that's not possible with a AA, maybe with a B-ACD (you have to try with a hand-made script)

Not difficult but you’ll need to modify the script using the CUE script editor. The option is called ‘barge in’ on the properties of the menu in the editor. Doubt any of this would fall under support tho.

Barge In

If Yes, the caller can interrupt the prompt.

If No, the prompt must complete playback before the caller can respond.
