UC540 blast group mailbox issues

I have a customer with 4 phones in a blast group.  This blast group is  answering all 4 pstn lines.  Now after 4 rings and no aswer the caller  is directed to the general delivery VM box for the blast group, but I am  unable to access the VM box from a user's phone.  In the configuration  utillity under the users tab it says that the user's aren't subscribed  to any general delivery mailboxes.  I have no clue on how to subcribe  them to the General del. VM box for the Hunt group.  any ideas?

Hello Shaun,

If you are using CCA, it should automatically subscribe the users to the GDM.  If for some reason it did not, I would try removing the blast group and then recreating it.

If you are NOT using CCA, I would go into the CUE web interface (10.1.10.1 in web browswer) then modify the users, and add them/subscribe to the blast groups GDM.
