UC540 CCA3 SP8.1.0 : Auto Attendant creation error

Hi,

In CCA 3 when I try to create an auto attendant, when I validate my settings I receive an error : There must be a file renamed to a prompt name that already exists, you must enter a different name"

I have reset my UC540 to factory default and recreate all my configuration with CCA 3.This is the first AA on my system, I don't have created one during the telephony wizzard.

Any idea? CCA bug?

Hi,

Had the same error with 2.2.6 and 8.05 after adding the Dutch Language. After renaming the English prompts the error disappeared. Did you add an extra language ??
