Hi I have a probem to configure my UC 540 in order to provide WLAN-Clients and Clients in the data VLAN access to the internet
Here my Problem:
As a result I can only use dynamic IP address with NAT enabled (Configure/Security/NAT)
For all other settings, the clients are not able to access the internet, since no DNS is set in the DHCP.
I have the newest version 8.6 and use the actual CCA 3.2(1)
Any suggestions how I can use static IP and no NAT instead of DHCP and NAT?
I have the following setup:
Internet ------ Firewall------(Pivat IP Range)---UC540------WLAN + DATA clients
Thanks for a suggestion
Lorenz

Hi,
I have the same issue.
UC540-fxo, with latest 8.6.2 firmware, cca 3.2.2.
sg300-28p
I have the internet settings set as static.
I can ping 8.8.8.8 all fine.
But DNS info is not getting passed through DHCP.
And when I try to edit this DHCP pool information, I get this exact same error.
If I set dns servers manually in the network settings of the desktop, I do have "internet access".
Just spent last 2 hours trying to figure out what the problem is.
Will look at startup-config on sunday, will let you know if I get anywhere.
