Is it possible to set a key on the operator console to force/toggle the inbound calls to night mode?
I imagine the next best thing will be for the operator to CFA to the Night mode AA. Any other suggestions?

And the big point to note from one of your other posts Craig about speed dial button mapping is that you can't. They simply start from the last actual button mapping. Not too elegant.

Yes it’s a shame; speed dials just use the next available button.
Also the schedule still applies with the night service so if you toggle it off maybe starting work early it will still toggle on with the schedule at the end of the day.
