UC560 Auto Attendant causes CUE to stop taking messages?

Hello - I am puzzled by a problem with a UC560. I had the same issue with 8.0 and 8.6. When I use the Auto Attendant, everything works fine for a few days, then I have a problem where callers are hearing the recorded prompts and are given an opportnity to leave a message, however the message never gets recoreded and MWI does not get set. Rebooting corrects this and the cycle continues in a few more days. I am just using the canned AA script that came with the UC560 and modified it slightly based on our needs. Any ideas?

Hello,

What CUE software version are you running? Also, what kind of changes have you made to the AA Script.  Are you using CLI or CCA?  Are the CME and CUE synchronized? Also, do you see the new messages count incrementing via CUE GUI?

I would also probably recommend a firmware upgrade as the previous poster said.
