UC560 - Call Accounting setup

The configuration below does not seem to capture the CDR in the folder on the FTP server.  Is there some additional config that needs to be done?

Hello Duwaine,

Can you ping reports from the UC? If not, this is probably a DNS issue. To resolve that you can use the IP of the FTP server.
