UC560 Config Help

Hi,

We have recently installed a UC 560 with 7931G IP Phones and have had a few requests for certain features to be set up or things to work similar to the old phone system. I have read both the phone manual and the system manual and am having trouble trying to get these things to work, hopefully somebody here can help.

Phone Time

Users are complaining that the time displayed on their handsets is slow, I have checked device properties>system time and configured an NTP server and the time is showing correctly there. On the handsets though, the time is about 40mins slow, does this need to be configured on the handsets somewhere?

Incoming Call Display on Handset

On the old phone system users were able to see information on their display when a call was incoming (Call from:xx, Call to:xxx etc.) either for themselves, their blast group or their pickup group, now they cant see anything, so they need a way of knowing when other calls come in to users, even if they cant hear the ring(some pickup group members are in seperate offices).

Ringtones

Are we able to change the ringtones so that internal calls use a different ringtone to any external calls? Currently they are all the same.
