UC560 Dial plan based on minutes

Hello sir, how are you?

I'm looking for dial plan based on minutes to use:

Follow a example:

I have 3000 mins over E1, 200 min over FXO and unlimited over VoIP.

So, I wanna use my minutes of the E1 and FXO, but Im scared to use more than I have.

Have a way to config my UC500 to use 2800 min on E1, 180 min on fxo and after use all minutes pre configured use my voip line?

That could be done only by  manually tracking dial-peer usage, or possibly a complex EEM script.

I do not have any demo. Hard or easy, you can judge after trying.
