UC560 * IP Phone 7942 Long Message Intros

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the introdicution to the voicemail messages to be shorter or faster?  I',m talking abotu the part where the voicemail system tells you

"Message 1, 800-555-5555 Monday April 5th at 2:57PM"  She talks for quite a while

Sorry our system is a UC560 and we are using IP 7942 phones.  I will find out the software version if needed.

You may try to hit "#" while you are listening to the message header.
