UC560 License Problem

Hello I am getting the ollowing error message when i am trying to insert 3 PAK in the wizard of the UC560:

Send Request to Cisco Product License Registration Server  failed. 
Possible error: Network  connection error or Cisco Product License Registration Server  down

Anybody knows what might be the cause or how to rectify this issue?

Hi Robert,

This can happen at times if the UC-560 had issues during the activation process, I would advise to check and see if the license file as actually deposited on the Flash card anyway as at times it does. If not then you will need to manually activate the license through the website (Don't remember it of the top of my head).

If you have to do it manually, then you can use CCA to do it, or via CLI which will work as well.
