UC560 reboot when make a outbound call or receive incoming call

Hi

We implemented UC560 ( 2 BRIs)  on customer site  couple days ago. We configured extensions, call flow , dial plan everything  and made internal alls everything working fine.  But when we made outbound calls  UC560 rebooted immediately. Same thing happened when we called the DID numbers assigned to UC560  from external.

We backed up the configuration file on this UC560 and restored to the other identical one , problem fixed!  Anyone came across this before ?
