UC560 SR520FE Teleworker

Hi,

We ahd this setup and working for nearly a year now at one customers.

3 weeks ago we update the UC560 to 8.6 and everything still worked.

Now the VPN will not establish,

I logged and SBCS STAC call and they worked through what they could but have told me to go to TAC now, as they support the SR520.

The VPN starts to negotiate from the SR520 but doesnt connect STAC advised that this was the reason

Encryption algorithm offered does not match policy!

We rebuilt the VPN settings on both the UC560 and the SR and same error appeared

I cant contact TAC just now as there are only 2 computers to be used at the remote site for remtoe controlling and they have been tied up all morning trouble shooting and I have to let them get on with some work.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Hi Graeme,

Was this originally setup in CCA (thus using ezvpn) or did you setup a lan-to-lan tunnel between the two devices?  If ezvpn, are you able to connect to the UC560 with the Cisco VPN Client on a PC using the same username/password that the SR520 has configured?

Please let me know the case number you had with STAC and I will take a look at this.
