UC560 with UCCX 9.0

Greetings everyone...

I need to know if the UC560 is compatible with UCCX 9.0....

It seems like UCCX 9.0 works with CME, so I think it should work...

I need to be totally sure before buying it, so I would please appreciate if someone know this or has documentation about it.

If I was you, I would not buy it, because you may be running unsupported configuration, then you would have no recourse if something doesn't work.

Small call center features of UC500 / CME already do a lot, I'd try to stick with them for as much as passible, and if not, use ISR G2 router tor CME.

I found this from the documentation about the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 7.0.

I hope it helps everyone looking for help on UCCX integration with the UC500 Series...

Just as an update, I ended up with a Cisco 2951/CME with IPCC Express on an external MCS-7816.
