I have a client that just purchased a UC560 and is requesting detailed instructions on how to add a user voicemail box that doesn't have a phone.  Is this something recommended that the client performs?

Greetings --

Floating Extension (just introduced in CCA 3.x and 8.1.0) allows administrators to create users who don't have a physical phone but want to have voice mailbox on the system and be reachable via the corporate dialing directory.
