                   Hi all,

I have configured a BE3000 using Wizard with manual setup and after restart I'm not able to access https://192.168.1.250 or https://192.168.1.250/cucmadmin/

Any help?

Thanks in advance.

Hi David,

If you can, connect a monitor to the display port on the BE3000 and it should display the management IP address there.

If not, use the "configure.xml" template from BE3000-utils_8_6_4.zip download to set a new IP address, store the file to a USB and connect to the BE3000.  This will add a temporary management address for you to access the system with.

Hope that helps,

Andy

Thank you Andrew but the issue solve by itself.

Before post I try with a monitor to wait the full power on process but the need more time, I don't know why. I could see the message that indicate that BE is power on and I can ping the IP address. After wait for 10 or 15 minutes I try again and them I can access!
