Unable To Pickup Calls

We just installed a UC540 and on randon occasions incoming calls would show up as "anonymous" and we would not be able to pick them up. This would happen for every one out of five calls. When we pick the call would drop and then it would start ringing again immediately. This pattern would continue until the caller hangs up. These lines do have caller id. We have the four lines on four FXO ports.

Hello Rashid,

You may need to open a case with SBSC and find the right settings for the FXO ports in your location.
