Unified Personal Communicator

Hi people,

I'm trying to set up a UC520 with a user using Unified Personal Communicator.

I'm finding documentation a bit thin on the ground. I'm using CCA 2.0, and have set the user up - albeit a bit confused as to what to put for the MAC address.

I now don't know what to do. Is there any documentation out there for running UPC on a UC520?

Do you mean IP communicator?  From what I have read, Personal Communicator works with CUCM, but I haven't read anything about it working with CUCME (UC520 runs a version of CUCME).  It also suggests that you need CTI integration as well for it to work.  Are you sure you are trying to get Personal Communicator to work and not IP Communicator?

Yes, I was just trying to get Personal Communicator running, but I meant to get IP Communicator running.

I'll download that and start again!

Now I've got my brain in gear I'm finding some some useful stuff.
