Today we are removing the 2.2.0 from the Cloud and CCO due to several bugs found in this image. If you are currently running 2.2.0 and are not experiencing any of these problems, there is no need to downgrade the firmware. The engineering team has identified root cause for each of the issues and will make a 2.2.1 firmware image available as soon as possible.
The new issues found in 2.2.0 are:
- Voicemail to e-mail: e-mail address validation does not take into account domain names with more than one '.' in the domain name. This causes 'Errors on the Screen' and user's can not Apply the configuration to the UC320W.
- Systems that have installed a Region Pack as an update to a built in Region, such as the New Zealand will receive a system error.
- Dial plan fixes and SIP trunk fixes for Mexico Region.
