Upgrade Firmware SPA500 / UC500

Hello,

It is possible to upgrade the firmware on SPA500 Series phones when they are connected to a UC500..?

We have attempted a manual upgrade via the exe utiltiy. But when the phones re-register they just downgrade to the firmware that is on the UC500 TFTP server.

Are there instructions on how to do this?

gives you an example using a 7960 and call manager express, easily adapted for spa50x-30x-7-5-1a (or whichever firmware you wish to use).
