When importing a user through UPM the user is not pulling the device profile. The user is grouping into the Correct Group Within the Site, but is not being assigned a phone or any other options. I can build these out Manually and it does push to the CM.
Yes I have not had any further issues. Issue was with Unified messages being configured on the profile but not configured for the site. I'm glad to hear that this is a known issue that is being resolved.
