I have Verasmart and UCC server installed on the same server. The issue I am having is when the Verasmart is working the radius on the UCC stops working. When I fix the UCC server's radius then Verasmart quits collecting calls. I have narrowed it down to the both are trying to use auth-port 1645. Is there a way to change the listening auth-port on Verasmart?
Verasmart support has not been helpful in trying to get this resolved.
I figured I reach out to the community to see if anyone else has ran into this issue.
