Voicemail is not working

Hi,

I have UC520. The voicemail is not working. I have upgrade it to ios: uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.150-1.XA3a  and erase uc520's configuration to factory default one nothing changed.

I have CCA 2.2(6) and I am always recieving same attached error.

When I get back to factory default configuration. The wizard did not work and I couldn't edit voicemail configuration on CCA. It fixed at  "Voice Related Data"

The second problem is, Maybe it is because of this voicemail but I can not upgrade the CUE too. It says "Cannot retrieve CUE version information" on : cue-main.uc500.8.0.3.pkg

I even tried to use 7x version but same error I have recieved.

Is this a new box?  You may need to get into the CLI and see if the CUE is online.  This command will get you to the CUE CLI:

UC560# service intergrated-service-engine 0/0 session

If you hit enter a couple of times you should see a prompt something like this:

se-10-1-10-1#

If you get that do the following to see what software version it is:

se-10-1-10-1# show software version

Nathan;

It is not a new box and the voicemail vas working. I did all the troubleshootings on CCA but could't solve my problem:

UC_520#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session
Trying 10.1.10.2, 2002 ... Open

I know this may sound simple, but I had a problem with my voicemail not loading and when I went to run the diagnostics, they did not function either. Eventually after lots of playing around I shut down the system, re-seated the compact flash on the back of the UC system and then powered the system back on.   Then my voicemail was back.

Not sure its your problem, but sometimes the simple things work, I guess the Compact Flash card got bumped or something.

Hope that helps.

I tried to cleanup LDAP completely and it worked

Maybe Michael was right
