Voicemail Message in Limbo

We have a customer with a UC560 with the 8.0.4 pack with the patch.  Occasionally, users are getting a message when they log into their voicemail saying they have one new message but they are unable to access it.  If I restart CUE, it clears it.  This happened with 8.0.4 without and with the patch.

Anyone seen this before?

We have a UC520 with the exact same issue with the voicemail. this started after we updated  the CUE and the CME to the latest versions. Also another issue is when the user deletes a voice mail it will show deleted but it is still there either via the phone or through outlook. once I restart the cue it work for a few day's or hours, and it is random as to what user it effect. I tried blowing away a few mailboxes but it will effect the newly created mail box as well.
