Vonage ATA and UC520

One of our customers has Vonage phone service with two numbers. The two lines are connected to UC 520 FXO ports. Incoming calls ring blast group but when they try to answer call they hear nothing. Original caller calls again and phones ring but this time they are able to answer call. It seems like the calls are being disconnected when answering. Please advise.

Hard to say what the problem is from the description.  You could try installing a splitter to make sure that the audio is coming in from the Vonage box.  You could also see if the problem is always happening on a particular port.  If that is the case, there could be a problem with that FXO port. 

Splitter is a good idea. It will definitely help isolate problem. I will try that and post my findings.
