Who do I contact for Webex PhoneConnect support. When I try to login with CCA after 3.0 it says it can;t communicate with phoneconnect database. Webex sends me to cisco, and cisco TAC sends me to webex. Neitherside has any idea what this feature is or how to support it. Is there a group?
1) Yes, Webex set up a Site ID and API a long time ago.
2) I know communication to the webex site is working becouse all my host accounts are locked out from repeted login attempt failures (comming from UC520)
