In theory you shouldn't be playing around with this, if you used CCA to configure this systems then this configuration would be attached to the licensing that is associated to the system, manually adjusting this setting can cause unwanted issue and also have indirect consequences... I am not sure what you are trying to achieve by adjusting this, can you maybe elaborate further as to what you are trying to achieve??
Also note that with the current software pack, the system will default to 24 users license if I am not mistaken (Cant remember what this has changed too) and that is what licensing information would be configured on the system.
Going over the defaulted amount without any L-UC-PRO-8U licenses and the associated files stored on the flash card will cause you many of grief, especially when lodging support request as you system will be well and truly out of scope and you have manually put your box in an unlicensed state.
I would highly recommend you change this back to default and then lets work on that which you are trying to achieve.
