Why time synchronization is always a problem in UC

Hi

I want to know why time synchronization is a problem with UC.

My customers always complains about time out of synch by 1-5 minutes.

When UC is the master, calendar is showing right time then why clock always out of synch. Or clock in CUE is out of synch.

Can anyone explain it to me please.

The ntp source is stratum 9 or 8.

You should be getting the time from a stratum 1 server.  9 or 8 is too far down and that can cause a delay in time.  Statrum 9 is means you are getting time from the 9th server out of 15.
