I have a WIP310 and a few SPA942's. I've noticed a few issues with the WIP310.
First, I've noticed that whenever we have a call coming in, the 942's ring right away, but it takes a few seconds before the WIP310 starts ringing.
I've also noticed that if the a call is answered on one of the 942's, the WIP310 will continue to ring for about 30 seconds even after the call is answered.
Also, if you are currently on a call with the WIP310, and another call comes in, you can't hang up and answer the new incoming call because the WIP310 doesn't ring. If you're on a 942 and a new call comes in, you can hang up, and your phone will ring and you can answer the new call.
Are there any solutions to these issues? Do I need to change the configuration on my phone?
