Zero Out to an Operator

We have a UC520, where they want to enable the option to Press 0 during someones VM and get kicked out to the Operator.  I found an article, https://www.myciscocommunity.com/docs/DOC-1445#Can_a_caller_zero_out_of_the_voicemail_How_do_I_set_the_zero_out_destination_, on setting this up on an individual basis, but with a compy of 40+ that seems to be a tidious and time consuming option.  Is there anyway to change it on a company-wide basis?
