To obtain the exact version of CUCM ISO (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) version 10.5.2.17900-13, you'll need 

•Go to Cisco Software Download.

•Log in with your Cisco account (a Cisco Smart Account is typically required).

•If you don’t have an account, you may need to register or request access.

In many cases, access to the CUCM software may be restricted to customers with a valid Cisco Service Contract or Smart Account associated with the required entitlements.

I don't have access to smartaccount, but a colleague tried it, but it is no longer available in CISCO.
Is there any other way

Yeah, this occurs because this version is in EoS.

• Unified Communications Manager Version 10.0    -    End-of-Support Date: 31-Jul-2022
