sincronizar hora dos telefones com o callmanager express

Pessoal,

Estou tendo problemas com a sincronização da hora, todos os telefones estão com uma hora atrasado ( call manager com a hora certa) e os telefones do modelo cp8961 estão 3 horas adiantado.

Alguém sabe o que pode estar ocasionando isso?           

Configurações:

Poderia fazer este teste de configuração:

Depois poste a saida dos comandos novamente:

O servidor consegue pingar o callmanager normalmente.

Onde consigo ver o locale dos telefones?

Linguagem está em inglês e firmware é a SIP8961.9-0-3.

Acredito que possa ser o firmware ou o locale destes telefones

Os telefones com horario corretos estão com o locale em portugues?

Na realidade com hora correta não tem nenhum, todos estão com 1 hora de atraso, e os 8961 com 3 horas adiantado, vou dar uma olhada no link que tu passou obrigado pela ajuda.

Poderia fazer este teste de configuração:

Só não funcionou para os telefones 8961, os outros estão ok.
