Hello Community,

I have the following drawback.
I wanted to switch my CTI port and shut down my UCCX subscriber server and when I started it, it showed me the message "to begin testing the media before installation press ok. choose Skip to skip the media test and start the installation".

Is there a way to skip that step or inconvenience?
This server was working normally before the shutdown.

Solved my case. After shutting down the VM and unchecking the disk drive. save and turn on.
