Increase Call Queue for Cisco Finesse - UCCX

Hello COmmunity,

 

On Cisco Finesse, I have a header (0800-11XXX) in which the public calls and the availability is 15 ports used from E1 in a GW-B, trigger 8400. I have another header (315-4XXX) trigger 8300 that when the public mark annex 1900 is transferred to 8400, attached topology.

I also have 25 licenses for agents with Cisco Finesse, I attach a screenshot.

I have observed that in calls to 8400, when I have, for example, 13 calls on hold or call queue and 12 calls in conversation, no more calls come in, I attach capture.
In CUCM 30 CTI ports for the 8400 and in the UCCX the call control group associated with the 8400 also has 30 CTI ports. The limit of not entering more calls will be for the licenses?
Since I assumed that having 30 CTI ports for the 8400 could have more calls in the queue.
Can I expand that call queue?
