5505 SA Licensing Upgrade

The Base license support 10 inside Hosts.  My company needed to purchase a license that supported 20 inside hosts.  It looks to me like they bought the wrong license or I am wrong.  The new license file says 10 inside hosts, not 20.  I need you guys to validate this for me.  If I install the license, will it add the base 10 hosts and the additional 10 hosts because of the new license file?  The new license file info from the cisco email ---->

What you see in that email is what will be applied.  It is not additive.

To double check the PAK vs the Serial Number feel free to email licensing@cisco.com.  This will generate a case and you will be able to talk to one of the licensing experts who can help clarify any licensing issues.
