Activate IPSec VPN tunnel without interesting traffic

Is there any mechanism on Cisco ASA, either direct one or just a workaround, to manually establish an IPSec VPN tunnel without the interesting traffic flows?

Packet-tracer, using hosts defined within the crypto access-list

Hi, thank for replying but 'packet-tracer' command is just used to verify the policy (ACLs) but not actually to establish the tunnel. This will be proved by issuing 'show crypto isa sa' and 'show crypto ipsec sa' commands.
