Does anyone have the Amicas PACS system working through clieantless SSL WebVPN?

There are customer's that have gotten this working, but you typically have to enable smart-tunneling.

Is there anyone getting this to work without the smart tunnel?  The company really wants to stay away from using smart tunnel at least for this application.

No, smart-tunnel is pretty much mandated for all the various vendors PACS applications.

Smart Tunnel is frequently required in place of CTE/rewriter because sometimes external applications are involved and CTE is unable to rewrite external contents; this includes PACS applications, VMware applications, or even Java web start applications.
