Anyconnect 3.1 versions fail after microsoft 8.1 patch

Installing the latest patches of windows 8.1 apparently cause issues with Cisco Anyconnect

The security update 3023607 of Microsoft seems to be the root cause for this issue to at least multiple Anyconnect versions 3.1. Can anybody can share information if the Anyconnect version 4 also has this problem ?

Just also updated my Win8.1 test machine with AnyConnect 3.1.05187 and I'm getting the same problem. Also two of our users already reported it.

The newest version of Anyconnect 4.1.00061 has the same problem. The workaround is to put Anyconnect vpnagent.exe and vpnui.exe in compatibility mode.
