So i have searched around everywhere, google, here, microsoft. I haven't found any solution yet and re-imaging the PC is not a solution.
But i am trying to install the AnyConnect Mobility Client on an employees PC and it will not get past copying files and starting the services.
Here is the error log output:

The computer doesn't have the 1024 network interfaces issue, i tried the microsoft ifcleanup utility and it didnt change a change, i check for any bad reg entries and cleaned them, no left over files from previous versions (never had it installed).
I'm out of ideas, it's a pretty simply installer and i cannot get it to work.
