Anyconnect 4.5 and service "Network Setup Service"

So I'm on Windows 10 1809 and we just upgraded Anyconnect because we are moving from CWS to Umbrella.  This upgrade was done mid to late December but after the new year I no longer can connect to our vpn unless I go in and start the service "Network Setup Service".  It just spins and eventually times out.  As soon as I start that service either before I connect or during a connection try it immediately prompts for creds and I can make my connection.

Any ideas?

Hi,
That "Network Setup Service" is used for the windows drivers installation. If you continually have to start this service for AC to work, it seems as though the AC drivers haven't been installed and there is an issue. Try re-installing AC, if that fails you probably want to log a TAC call.
