One of our users is getting the error below. He's definitely connected to the internet because he's visited a website using his web browser as instructed below and sending emails from the computer. He's using a mobile hotspot, but I wouldn't think that that would be an issue because we use the VPN via mobile hotspots regularly with no issues. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the link, however we ended up uninstalling and reinstalling it to fix it. The next time this happens, we'll try troubleshooting using the link that you provided. Thanks!
