Anyconnect with Windows10

Hello everybody

I'm having problems with AnyConnect and Microsoft Windows 10. I have installed windows and anyconnect (3.1.100.10) in a virtual machine and there is no problem, but in physical machines ( no matter laptos or desktop) the installation goes fine, the software is installed, but the service is not running and all "solutions" I found are workarounds.

I also checked that there is no Anyconnect supported with Windows10

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect30/feature/guide/anyconnect30features.html

Do anybody know if Cisco is working on a new version of Anyconnect which support Windows10? Or know the "official" solution for the problems?

Best Regards

Gonzalo Arroyo

Anyconnect 3.x is already done in regards to supporting new OS': http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/anyconnect-secure-mobility-client/eos-eol-notice-c51-734084.html

For what it's worth I had issues with Anyconnect 3.x on Windows 10 machines as well, I couldn't figure out the issue so I ended up moving to Anyconnect 4.x with no issues. Currently have Anyconnect 4.x deployed on three test Windows 10 machines and it's working fine. According to the release notes for the latest version (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect41/release/notes/b_Release_Notes_AnyConnect_4_1.html#ID-1454-000002d1) anyconnect is supported on W10.

Like Anthony noted - AnyConnect 4.1(04011) is the version supporting Windows 10.

AnyConnect 3.x will not be developed further going forward.
